  • Are permissions per WhatsApp number?

    Yes! Each agent can have different permissions on each WhatsApp number connected to your account. This means an agent might be a supervisor on one number and a restricted agent on another.

  • What are the different role levels?

    There are 4 levels: Owner (full unrestricted access), Admin (can manage Supervisors and Agents), Supervisor (can manage Agents), and Agent (customizable permissions). Each level can only edit roles below it.
